Monday the 4th of June 2007 saw the official listing of AccessKenya Group on the Nairobi Stock Exchange. The ceremony was marked with speeches from a number of people including the Chairman of the NSE, Mr Jimnah Mbaru. This was then followed by the official "Ringing of the Bell" at 10.30 and a champagne toast.

AccessKenya made history by being the first ISP company listed on the Exchange. By close of business that day the share price of the stock had gone up by nearly 40%.
